The Online Centurion 1-on-1 coaching programme involves 90 minutes of intensive coaching each day i.e. two (2) consecutive 45-minute sessions per day, over a 5-day period. This comprises of:

Technical Requirements
Having internet access with a strong signal is paramount! Ensure you have excellent internet strength at the location from which you will be going online for your coaching session.
The laptop or PC you use must have a built-in or attached microphone. Most laptops and computers have built-in microphones.
A well-lit environment is essential so that the Facilitator can see you whilst making your presentations, etc. This is a requirement you cannot compromise! The room or space you use must have decent lighting or be brightened by ample daylight
